Payment

Payment is due 30 days after you receive your completed service. If you would like to pay in installments or are unable to pay within the time frame, please discuss this when booking your service. If you do not pay within the allotted time without prior arrangement, we will be unable to provide services for you in the future and your actions may be reported to members of the Institute of Professional Editors.

Refunds

Here at Reed and Storm Editing, we are unable to provide refunds. We do however provide one hour of free editing per client so you can get an idea of the services we provide and if they are the right fit for you and your project. We also encourage clients to book the editing of larger projects like manuscripts in chunks such as chapters so you can follow along with the process and stop or change the services provided to you as you see fit. Each client is asked to fill out a feedback form and we are always excited to hear about ways we can improve our services.

Currency

All of our prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD), which is generally lower than the United States Dollar (USD).
